This free scrapbook vector set of frames, labels and journal tags is fulfillment of a special request for a vector scrapbook set. When I get a chance I’ll make some additional parts for it. This also comes with PNG Clipart both complete pieces and in multiple pieces so you can re-color and stack them as layers. I made the vectors in inkscape on linux, but they should open with either inkscape or illustrator in windows or mac.
I’m also going to add direct links to the multi-layer clipart, but I can’t guarantee the quality of png images uploaded to blogger.
