Vintage Frames Borders & Ornaments – More from the Henry Van Dyke Set

February 22, 2012
/ / /

This one is an addition to the Henry Van Dyke set of Vintage Frames Borders & Ornaments clipart. There are 2 doodle frames and 3 decorative ornaments in this round. I can’t tell which set I like the best! What do you think? Click on the download button to see the images in full resolution.

They are commercial use  (CU4CU) with the exception of making brushes and custom shapes with them. You can make digital scrapbooking resources for sale or use them in a photography backgrounds project. Just *do* something with them like add a background or whatever.

If you are having trouble viewing the PNG images in your browser, you can download them all in one zip file here.

@Mailee Aww, thanks! I really haven't been doing it for that long. I felt like I was one of the last people on earth to discover digiscrap, lol! I think I've been doing it for a little over a year now. 🙂

Thank you so much for these, Sue! You gave me just what I needed for a border for the text on the inside right of a card I'm making. The one I chose should look lovely! :o)

Hi Susan, thanks so much for the frames they are beautiful. I just wanted to make sure these are ok to use in things that we make for sell. I did a search for Henry Van Dyke's book and it is in public domain but these frames were not in the old book. On amazon I found them in a book with a copyright I wondered if the person that republished it have the rights to the frames!.. Please let me know. Thanks for all your hard and beautiful work.

Just because a book has a copyright does not mean that it is still active. It's likely expired. Visible notice of copyright; stated date is 1907. From what I understand, anything before 1929 is public domain.

        Possible copyright status: NOT_IN_COPYRIGHT
